background
In this project we follow the historical examples of the great ancient Stupas of India and Nepal.
First of them is Amaravati Stupa, which didn't remain, only in reliefs and particles.
The second is Ashoka Stupa Of Sanchi.
And also - the famous Stupa of Nepal - Swayambu
Location site of the Stupa
The authorities of the Lugansk region allocated a plot of land, squared gectar 1
The location is situated on top a picturesque whitestone hill
above the curve of the Severskiy Donetz river
in the Lugansk region

The Project is supposed to be carried out on volunteer donations basis,
The estimated budget of the Project -
In the year 2013 we will achieve the land-leveling and foundation construction works, for which we have secured the financial recourses.
But for the years 2014-15 we need every kind of support, big and small, financial donation and labor force, in order to build up the main structure of the Stupa.
